Welcome to the 2023 Customer Referral Program

We value our partners and strive to provide outstanding customer service at Secure Solutions Technology. Since we opened our doors in 2018, we have continued to grow as an organization with customers as far away as Norfolk, Virginia, and throughout central and western North Carolina. We owe a large part of our success to all of you for referring us to your friends and fellow business owners.  First and foremost, I want to thank you for your support and confidence in allowing Secure Solutions to be your IT team. We hope that all of our customers appreciate the service we provide.

We recognize the value of customer referral and would like to encourage referrals to continue through a new customer referral program. We are excited to offer the first of what we hope will be an ongoing referral program. This initial pilot program is being offered to a limited number of customers. We designed this program to say thank you and to bring value to our customers for referring Secure Solutions to your friends and colleagues.

Beginning immediately and continuing until March 31, 2023, any current customer that provides us with a referral will receive a referral bonus as outlined below. We will give referral bonuses as invoice credits on your next monthly invoice.

How it works:

1. To provide a referral, click on this Referral Email link and provide the following information:
   •    Contact Email Address
   •    Contact First Name
   •    Contact Last Name
   •    Contact Phone #
   •    Company
   •    Contact Job Title
2. The referred business should have at least three employees and need IT Services & Support.
3. The referral contact should be aware that you are referring them to us for IT Services. We will provide your name to the referral upon initial contact.

Lead Referral Bonus

1. For any valid lead referral, we will give a $50 credit on your next month's invoice.
2. We will give a $100 invoice credit if we can schedule a face-to-face meeting.
3. For any referral that signs a contract with Secure Solutions for services, we will provide an invoice credit for the greater of the referral's contracted monthly recurring fees or the referring company's monthly recurring fees, up to $500.

There are no limits to the number of referrals allowed as long as the referrals are valid business referrals.  Secure Solutions reserves the right to cancel this program at any time.
