Secure Solutions Technology Partners understands the importance of technology to your business.  That's why we offer ongoing support services to ensure your problems are taken care of quickly.  Our normal support hours are 8 am - 6 pm M-F.  In addition we offer after hours support available with guaranteed call back in 1 hr or less.

In addition we offer Concierge support services on a contract basis, designed to meet your business needs.

We remotely monitor our Partner's networks to resolve problems before they strike and to help keep your IT solutions up and running when you need them the most.

Additional support services available:

  • Walk in support from 8-5 pm Monday - Friday

  • Block hour contracts

  • Monthly bucket of support hours

We offer ongoing scheduled training classes in the following:
